Refund & Cancellation Policy

If you cancel 7 days or more before your check-in date, you will get a full refund.

If you cancel 3 to 6 days before check-in, you will get 50% back.

If you cancel less than 3 days before check-in or don’t show up, no refund will be given.

Refunds (if applicable) will be sent back to your original payment method within 7 working days.

In case of emergencies like natural disasters, we may offer to reschedule your stay, based on availability.
